Katelyn Cao, MSN, RN

Nurse Katelyn

Katelyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in leadership and management. She moved straight into aesthetics after licensure and fell in love with being a cosmetic injector. Most recently she was a clinical nurse at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, specializing in dermatology and phototherapy. With a background in both aesthetics and dermatology, she is pursuing advanced certifications and is committed to providing the highest standard of care through continued education.

"I am committed to always remaining honest in everything I say and do, which means I will never pressure you, nor will I ever perform any treatment without having personally tried it myself. My priority is to make sure you always feel comfortable and safe when in my care. I strive to establish long-term relationships with every one of my clients, and my excellent customer service, along with my patients' satisfaction, is of the utmost importance to me."

Namrata Saha

Licensed Esthetician

Namrata has a deep passion for beauty, skincare and wellness, honing her skills at the Salon Professional Academy. She continuously expands her expertise in advanced technologies and ingredients, and personally tests and evaluates every product she uses. Before entering aesthetics she worked as a financial advisor and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics. Fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali, she connects easily with a diverse clientele. Inspired by her Indian heritage and her love of fashion and fitness, Namrata designs skincare routines that integrate seamlessly into daily life.

Wendy Noakes, PT, DPT, SCS

Physical Therapist · Lymphatic Drainage

Dr. Wendy Noakes holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt University and completed a post-graduate residency at the renowned Kaiser Vallejo PNF program. A board-certified Sports Specialist with a strong background in orthopedics and post-surgical rehabilitation, she has a deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and healing. That experience uniquely positions her for lymphatic drainage massage, and she is currently pursuing certification in Manual Lymph Drainage. At PORE Decisions, Wendy delivers personalized lymphatic treatments that support healing, reduce swelling and promote overall well-being.

Jaspreet Chhina, FNP-C

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Jaspreet is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a background in oncology and hematology. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing (FNP) from California State University, Fresno, and is pursuing her Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner certification. During her MSN program she worked alongside dermatologists and fell in love with the specialty, soon exploring aesthetics and safely performing injectables, PRP, microneedling, laser hair removal, IV infusions and chemical peels. As a family nurse practitioner she focuses on preventative care, and she is also a nurse practitioner at Fresno Kaiser. The combination of her experiences allows for a multi-pronged, adaptive approach to each client's personalized treatment plan.

Juby Hilario, MSN, RN

Aesthetic Registered Nurse

Juby earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2008, and later a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis on leadership and healthcare management. She spent 12 years as a bedside nurse at Regional Medical Center of San Jose's Transitional Care Unit, and during the pandemic was promoted to Manager of Tower II. While in acute care she also gained experience in medical dermatology at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center's Specialty Clinic, where she developed a deep appreciation for the field. In 2020 she chose to focus entirely on dermatology, and today she is expanding her expertise in nursing aesthetics with a commitment to ongoing education.
